What comes with my piece?
Check the product page for the design and included attachments. The handbag and other styling props in the photographs are not included.
How do I judge the size?
Compare the stated dimensions with your bag. Use the full-length and hand-held photographs, where provided, to help judge proportion. Approximate measurements and naturally varying textures are noted on the product page.
Can I customize a design?
New custom orders are paused while we refine the experience. Past bespoke pieces are shown for inspiration. Choose from the standard designs currently offered.
How long does delivery take?
Ships from the United States. Free standard US shipping with no minimum order. Preparation depends on the design; transit is usually 5–8 business days after dispatch. These are separate estimates.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Non-quality returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your piece has a quality problem, arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact the studio for a return, replacement or refund assessment. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
Know what you are choosing.
Our current pieces include designs made with sheepskin or lambskin, hair-on horse leather, and snakeskin. Read the individual product material list. These leathers are animal-derived materials; contact us before choosing if a particular material matters to you.
Natural grain, hair patterns and small differences in texture are part of leather’s character.
A gentle approach to care.
Avoid prolonged moisture, strong heat and direct sunlight. Handle petals, chains and hanging details gently, and avoid pulling or snagging them. Keep small hardware and cords away from young children.
Because a piece can combine different materials, ask us before applying a cleaner, conditioner or other treatment.
A familiar, secure checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout. The payment methods offered can vary by device and destination. The enabled brands are shown near the purchase buttons and confirmed at checkout.
Guest checkout is available. Shop Pay can optionally save your information with its provider for a faster return visit. We do not collect card details or account passwords by email.

Choose by the recipient’s style, favorite colors and the size of their bag. Packaging and included attachments depend on the piece; check its product photographs and description.
