Using this website

These terms apply to this website and purchases made here. Review the product information and the Shipping & delivery, Returns, refunds & order issues, and Privacy policies before placing an order. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over any conflicting wording in these terms.

Products and photographs

Read the materials, measurements, options and included attachments for the specific piece you choose. Handbags and styling props are not included unless expressly stated. Natural grain and hair patterns can vary; screens can show colors differently. This does not excuse a defect or an item materially different from its description.

Bag charms are decorative accessories, not toys. Small hardware, chains and cords should be kept away from young children. Do not use the charm or its attachments as a load-bearing strap or safety device.

Orders and availability

Provide an accurate email and delivery address. An order confirmation records the order received; if we discover an availability problem or a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with the proposed correction or cancellation and refund option. We will not substitute another design or increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

Prices and payment

The currency displayed by the store and the final checkout total apply to your order. Shipping and applicable sales tax are shown before payment. Payment is handled through Shopify checkout and the offered provider. Import-duty arrangements are explained in Shipping & delivery.

Delivery and order problems

Orders ship from the United States through our own logistics arrangements. Preparation time and transit are separate estimates. If we cannot dispatch within the agreed period, we will notify you and provide the delay/cancellation options required by law. Returns and cancellations

Non-quality returns and exchanges are not accepted. Contact the studio for defects, transit damage, incorrect items or a material mismatch. Routine cancellations are not accepted, without limiting rights for unfulfilled orders, defects or any mandatory cancellation/withdrawal right. New custom orders are paused. Website content and lawful use

Designs, photographs, reviews and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Contact us before reusing them. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use someone else’s information without permission.

Customer stories

Customer photographs and selected feedback relate to pieces made by our studio. A customer story is not a promise that every piece or delivery will be identical. We do not label imported historical feedback as a verified purchase made on this website.

Privacy and external services

Our Privacy policy explains personal-information processing and applicable choices. Cookies & privacy choices explains the available controls. External payment and other services have their own terms when you choose to use them.

Applicable rights and disputes

Contact the studio first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory rights, use binding arbitration or accept a store-credit remedy instead of a refund you are entitled to. Applicable mandatory law and the rights available where you live remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website. The terms and product commitments presented when you placed an order continue to govern that purchase. A later update does not retrospectively reduce an agreed right.
