Dispatch and returns
Orders ship from the United States through our independent logistics arrangements. The dispatch warehouse is not open for customer visits.
For a quality issue, contact us before returning any parcel. We will give the correct return destination and instructions for your case. Non-quality returns and exchanges are not accepted, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
