Available payment methods
Checkout shows the payment methods actually available for your order, device and destination. Payment icons shown in this store are drawn from the methods enabled in Shopify. A wallet can be unavailable on a device or browser even when it is enabled for the store.
How payments are processed
Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider you select. The studio does not ask for your full card number, card security code or account password by email or through the contact form. Never send those details to us.
Express checkout and saved details
If Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or another express option is offered at checkout, you may choose it there. Saving payment or delivery information is optional and is managed by that provider under its own terms and security controls. The studio does not create a separate card-storage form.
Guest checkout and accounts
You can check out without creating a store account. If you choose a customer account or an express-checkout service, use the sign-in and security steps provided by that service. Keep account credentials private.
Currency, tax and the final total
Check the displayed currency and final order total before paying. Any shipping charge and applicable sales tax are shown at checkout. Standard US shipping is free with no minimum order. Our import-duty commitment is explained in Shipping & delivery.
A payment did not go through
Check the information requested at checkout and follow any bank or wallet verification steps. If you are unsure whether an order was created, check your confirmation email before trying again. Contact us with the email used and any order number; do not send card details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the bank or provider. Returns, refunds & order issues explains the assessment and processing steps.

For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. Do not send payment card details or passwords.
